The US government was unable to make a definitive determination on the alleged UFO sightings filmed around the world.
The U.S. government declassified 162 documents, photos, and videos detailing nearly 80 years of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) sightings, now accessible on the Department of Defense website. These reports include material dating back to 1947, such as transcripts and audio from Apollo-era missions, though they contain no compelling evidence of alien intelligence.
The Pentagon released 161 declassified files related to unidentified flying objects, now officially termed unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). The collection includes PDFs containing investigative reports and eyewitness accounts, as well as nearly 30 videos showcasing bizarre aerial phenomena, though no conclusions have been made about their origin or nature.
As part of a broader push toward transparency on extraterrestrial phenomena, the Trump administration has released a trove of documents known as the 'UFO Files,' which include mysterious photos and videos from various NASA missions. Among the materials are images from the Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 moon missions that display unexplained lights and formations.
Over half a century ago, NASA's Apollo 17 crew reported seeing multiple unidentified objects in space, including three mysterious dots and sparks that resembled fireworks, according to new files released by the Pentagon. The details were among the more than 100 documents made public on Friday when the Defense Department unveiled a new website housing all the declassified files related to UAP.
