The U.S. Embassy in Lebanon has urged American citizens to depart due to escalating security risks, citing ongoing airstrikes, drone operations, and rocket attacks across the country, particularly in southern Lebanon, the Bekaa region, and parts of Beirut.
An Israeli airstrike in Beirut's Jnah neighborhood resulted in significant damage, fires, and casualties, with at least five people killed and 21 others injured, according to Lebanon's Health Ministry.
