Russia is restructuring its oil export logistics, using larger Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) to support increased shipments to China as Indian refiners reduce purchases.

Russian and Iranian oil suppliers are offering deepening discounts to attract Chinese buyers, as India cuts back on Russian crude imports and diverts more barrels toward China.
